Just spent the last hour & 15 cleaning the kitchen area and the bathroom (an hour) and eating my lunch (15 min.) and I still have some dishes that could be done...but I should first pack up my stuff for going home this weekend (it's Chinese New Year. I forget which animal's year it is.), I guess, and then if I have any time left before my 3:00 class, I'll do some more homework....gaah.
Anyway, this past week has felt kind of long and I did forcefully keep myself from hitting inanimate objects or banging my head against the wall. Not that there's anything wrong with anything; it just feels like I've been here a while. If I could have a one-day break with no homework or upcoming tests to worry about, that would be great. Sadly, though, that's not happening anytime very soon, 'cause I've got 3 tests to write next week and an essay due for English in 2 weeks. Yaaay.
Okay, well that's it for now on my terribly interesting life/existence. Hope you all have an excellent weekend and keep leaving all of those comments you guys have been leaving! :) It's greatly appreciated. *mutters* Darn need for feedback is gonna be the end of me... :)
My computer was completely not working on Saturday, but somehow it's fixed now so it's okay. Had me worried, though, seeing as how I'm a Net junkie and all...plus I was in the middle of reading something at the time, when the computer froze and stopped working entirely, and I really wanted to know what would happen next in the story (it was bloody frustrating, let me tell ya). But so yeah, my lovely little computer is back up and running so all is right in the world. Well, for a little while, anyhow. :)
Is it terribly bad that I really want to watch LOTR: TTT again? Like, right now? Asap? Oh, come ON... *curses at the schoolwork/responsibilities gods* I mean, honestly...it's not that dorky that I want to watch it again (it's not! I swear!) even though I've already seen it twice. I mean, it has been a while now...and my computer doesn't download video files in 10 seconds flat the way Suzy's does... :P
Oh well.
In other news, I was just putting my coat back on after English class and I noticed that there's still a dye tag on it. Concealed in the wrist area of the left sleeve. Bloody hell. It's lucky nothing happened to it or anything...Hopefully we still have the receipt somewhere so we can go and tell the store to take it off... :P
You know...I've enjoyed the LOTR movies so far. Don't know why or why I enjoyed them so much, but there it is. I don't know if I can consiously add them to my list yet, though, until I've seen the last installment...makes sense, doesn't it? ...Maybe at least in some warped way? Ah hell. Maybe 'sense' at all is too much to hope for...

WOOO! First season of Dark Angel's coming out on DVD on May 20th! Yay! Now the only show of mine left to officially releases DVDs is Roswell...hmm. But three of four isn't bad at all! :D

Aaah! AAAH!! There's only one freakin' week left until my birthday! Aaaah! Don't wanna grow up...been here [almost] 2 decades already and what have I done? Nothing. What have I learnt? Squat. Has there been any growth? Well, in the almost 2 decades, I have gotten taller...but no, no real growth. :P :) What have I accomplished? Ummm...I think I may have missed the memo that said I was supposed accomplish something, anything... Hmm.
'20' just sounds like you should have some stuff figured out already...after all, you're not a teenager anymore. You should have some clue as to what you're doing....
I'm just over-stressing, I know. But damnit! It's my stress, so I can do with it what I want. ;)

Had my first Intro to Probability (a.k.a. Stats) class today, but I think maybe they're starting it off in a deceptively un-complicated manner even though I KNOW it'll get at least a little harder each class. Oh well. *shrugs* Sounds like my having taken Finite in high school might help a bit.
Anyway, back to La-la land I go. Hmm. Actually, I think I'll go finish up my Economics reading. It's short, so yay. :)
I have a bone to pick with the television Powers That Be. (Well, probably more than one bone, if I were to think about it for longer, but let's just talk about this particular bone for now.)
Back circa May 2002, the PTB announced that Dark Angel was being cancelled in order for the Fox channel to make room in their schedule for Joss Whedon's (the so-called "brains" behind BtVS...and have you heard that he and his wife just had their first kid? The crazy fool-genius is procreating?!) new show, Firefly.
Wherein lies the issue. Firefly, in its first season, has already been slated for cancellation. Now...this is what bothers me. Dark Angel was cancelled for the SOLE reason (and I mean SOLE) that Joss convinced Fox that Firefly would be a hit. Now...CLEARLY, it isn't, and so DA was cancelled for nothing. And it's not like they can now start making new episodes and put DA back on the air, a year later. No way. Not that I wouldn't watch it if it suddenly was back on again with new stuff...
Anyway. The PTB suck. And Joss (though, thinking about it, he pretty much is the Power That Be...). Hmmph. Did anyone here even WATCH Firefly? Ever?
